Cancellation Policy

 

1.⁠ ⁠Event Registration

 

 – Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations within 15-30 days will receive a 25% refund.
– No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.

 

2.⁠ Accommodation & Tours

 

 – Cancellations made 60 days prior will be fully refunded.
– Cancellations made less than 60 days will incur a 50% fee.
